Stronger Bones. Clearer Guidance. Confident Health.

ABOUT

Golden Moon Wellness grew out of a simple truth: women in midlife deserve clearer guidance and more compassionate support than many of us ever received. As I navigated my own shifts in strength, bone health, and well-being, I saw how often women felt unheard, confused, or left to figure things out alone. With a background in science, mindful movement, and integrative coaching, I began focusing on the kind of care I had needed myself—steady, evidence-informed, and deeply human.

Today, I help women protect their bones, rebuild strength, and advocate for their own health with confidence, one thoughtful step at a time.

Women in midlife deserve clarity, evidence-informed guidance, and support that respects the complexity of their health. Golden Moon Wellness was created to provide exactly that. My work blends science-based bone and metabolic health strategies with mindful movement and practical coaching, giving women a grounded, structured path to strengthen their bodies, protect their bones, and make confident decisions about their health.

I take a research-driven, integrative approach; one that honors your experience, uses clear data, and focuses on sustainable progress. This is a space where your concerns are taken seriously, your questions are welcomed, and your health is supported with both professionalism and genuine care.

There’s a moment in every woman’s life when she realizes that her body is changing in ways she didn’t expect—and that the guidance she once relied on no longer feels personal or clear. I’ve lived that moment. And I’ve felt the quiet worry that comes with it:
Am I losing strength? Are my bones changing? Is this just “normal,” or is something being missed?

For years, I watched women around me—friends, clients, patients, and caregivers—face these questions alone. Many were doing everything “right,” yet still felt uncertain, unheard, or dismissed. And somewhere inside, I recognized those same feelings in myself.

My background in science and years of teaching, movement, coaching, and caregiving shaped how I see women’s health. But what truly moved me into this work was seeing how many women reach midlife feeling strong in every part of their lives—career, family, community—yet unsure about their own health, especially when it comes to bone loss and the changes that come with menopause.

I realized that what women needed wasn’t more fear, more confusion, or more generic advice. My work blends evidence-based bone health guidance with mindful movement, breath, posture, and nervous-system support—because women deserve care that honors both the science and the lived experience of midlife.

I do this work because I know how transformative it is when a woman feels informed, steady, and capable in her body again. I’ve seen what happens when she learns to advocate for herself, when she understands her scans and labs, when she finds the courage to rebuild strength one thoughtful step at a time.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about resilience.
It’s about becoming stronger; not just physically, but in voice, clarity, and self-trust.

I help women protect their bones, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their health with confidence.
Not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve been where they are—and I truly care about where they’re going.
