As a an integrative certified health coach, yoga teacher, and fitness professional, I specialize in helping women find their inner voice to move with strength, confidence, and ease. Through yoga, safe strength training, and functional mobility work, I help clients build resilience, restore energy, and reconnect with their bodies during life transitions such as menopause, recovery, or chronic illness.
I design personalized sessions that support bone health, improve balance and flexibility, and reduce stress, all in an environment of compassion and encouragement. With experience in both private and group settings, I meet each client where they are and guide them toward lasting physical and emotional wellness.
